I recently took my CSA exam, and I did not score well. I now have the option to retake it, but I don't know what other resources I could use besides the training site to ensure all concepts stick and I'm able to succeed it this certification. Any advice would be greatly appreciated it.

Hi @omarainirio ,
I can only recommend the NowLearning site, as the material is sufficient for passing the CSA exam. If I were you, I would go through the material 1 or 2 times more to ensure that you understand all the details. Furthermore, notice that ServiceNow recommend you to have hands one for 6 months prior to exam.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hi @omarainirio
It's time for a little retrospective. This means reviewing your results and identifying the areas where you scored lower. If you remember any specific questions from the exam, try to note them down.
After this, start reading the eBook again, carefully going through each line and word. While doing so, you might recall certain questions or question types that appeared in the exam—make a note of them.
Complete the labs, but read thoroughly before attempting them. Don’t rush—covering one chapter per day is a good pace to follow.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi Anders,
Thank you! I decided to start reviewing those again yesterday, but after the overwhelming results, I had to take a step back and reset to start from 0 today!
