Where can I get hands on training for Service Catalog training? ANd for the record, I have never programmed.

I am ITIL v3 certified. I have been using SNOW for almost 10 years but have been on the process and support side.  I want to learn how to build and implement  service catalogs.  Suggestions where in  Southern California I might be able to pay for such training.

You can find the documentation related to Service Catalog in different places.

The one I liked is ServiceNow Support Youtube Channel. You can find lot of videos created by ServiceNow support which gives an overview & details about different features & modules in Service Now.
