Hi @chandam23
Its totally depends on your interest. If you think, you love coding, for CAD but as experience, start with CSA and then go for CAD.
Many other course are here, and you can check in below video.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @chandam23 - I agree with @Dr Atul G- LNG's suggestions. However, please be aware there is a difference between earning a certification and completing a Career Journey path (e.g., 'Associate System Administrator/Application Developer Career Journey').
Completing the courses in a career journey will not earn you a certification. To earn a certification, you need to study the relevant course, and then sit and pass an exam.

Hi @chandam23
If you are starting fresh with SN, I would suggest not to make your decision too soon.
First explore the System administrator path and then the application developer path. System admin path is the basic for ServiceNow, where you will get to understand all the ground aspects of the tool.
