Which Format is Better: ServiceNow Admin On-Demand or Virtual Class?

Hello Community,

I’m considering enrolling in the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course and am trying to decide between the On-Demand and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) formats.

Could anyone share their experiences or feedback on both formats?

Thank you in advance!

Virtual class is paid and only for 3 days so if you can afford, you can got for it but on those 3 days you need to complete a lot of things. On demand is less costly and you can do it on your pace, read and complete practical. In short if you can afford and in hurry - go for virtual class but if you can spare only limited time and want to complete it on your pace- go for On demand training. Hope it clarifies.

Hi there,

Which one is better... its a matter of personal preference (and a bit of $$$).

Personally I always go for instructor led courses. Yes more expensive, though more interaction, fellow students, room to ask questions, etcetera.

Ofcourse sometimes instructor led has downsides. Fixed dates, not always in your timezone, more expensive, and you do depend on the level of your fellow students (something that can delay the course content a lot or even be really annoying if they haven't met the pre-requisites).

It used to be that also with instructor led you got an eBook and with on demand not. I don't know if that's still the case.

Kind regards,
