By default, all instances configured leveraging the PEO Digital ATO will deactivate users that have been inactive for more than 35 days. Users will be receive 2 or 3 emails in the preceding days before their account is deactivated to hopefully get users to login before their account is marked inactive.

 

In the case where an account is marked inactive, PEO Digital has created a catalog item where users can request to have their accounts automatically reactivated - turning a process that would otherwise be a series of back and forth emails to something that is fully automated and just a few seconds long.

 

The update set is stored here, but you will need to work with your ServiceNow account team to have them get you a copy due to the update set having references to Navy configuration specifics.
