Add Holidays to Calendar

Hi,

I'm trying to understand how to upload holidays so that they show up in the calendar. Anyone with experience and can help?

I want every user that logs in to the instance to see those holidays in their calendar (i.e Resource Mgmt. > Calendar > My Calendar). I've tried to upload holidays via System Scheduler > Schedules > Schedules without success.
