Hi everyone, I’m an IT Business Analyst with about 15 years’ experience, currently working in the Higher Education sector. I am however relatively new to ServiceNow having only worked in this area for about a year now.
I’m reaching out to see if there are any other BAs going to the World Forum in London. It would be fantastic to connect and exchange insights on requirements gathering, documentation methods, useful applications, and the capture of screen designs and business processes. I’d also like to share some of our recent success stories.
Looking forward to the possibility of meeting up!
Sarah.

I will be there - SC and Business Process Consultant and a shameless business analyst geek! Come to the GlideFast Consulting stand. Also I think I have added you on LinkedIn. Feel free to drop me a message on there to arrange a time as I know it can get hectic!

Hi @Sarah_Gill , I am also working in the Higher Education sector and it would be great to catch up at the World Forum in London next week. In my current role as a Product Owner, I work with BAs and would be happy to exchange contact details to share further insights within the HE sector.
Please see the following resources that I am aware of,
Tell me a story -- Requirements gathering Part 1
Tell me a story, Requirements gathering Part 2
I also use an application tool like Figma to capture the form design. This helps me discuss with stakeholders and visualize the form on the screen for requirements gathering.
Speak soon
Jerry
