Changing the language translation on the App Navigator menu

I'm trying to update the language translation on the application navigator where it says 'Type filter text'

I've tried sys properties, translations, UI macros, but I can't find where it translates Type Filter Text to the language someone has set?

Any ideas?

could you please let me know where i can change the french translation for Template for Knowledge. User can see the default template based on their language preference. Not able to change the text in french. Could someone pls help me out
