IT executives are critically interested in ensuring that internal and customer-facing business services like flight scheduling, phone billing or order taking services are working well. After all, the business consumes services and not IT components. IT operations struggle as they are intimately familiar with the health of the various IT components deployed in the data center but have little visibility into how they relate to a specific business service.

There is a solution to resolve the gap between business users and IT professionals via accurate mapping of service relationships from the application down to the database, server, and network domains.

During this live webinar, Harel Segev (Business Relationship Manager & Cloud Services Manager, Amdocs) will share how ServiceWatch helped him achieve these goals at Amdocs. Joined by Ariel Gordon (Vice President, Product Management, ServiceNow) and James Neal (Solution Consultant, ServiceNow), we will discuss ways to optimize your approach to discovering and mapping your critical business services.

Following the webinar, the panel will be available in the community to address any questions you may have:

Guys,

Does Service Watch Demo setup is having all the capabilities (CI types/Patterns/entry points) which can cover any application for modelling? OR do we need the actual setup in case we need to create the map of business service e.g. BMC remedy or any custom application?

Regards,

Pravin
