Hi,
We are in the process of implementing HRSD worldwide (85,000 users) to add to ITSM which we have had for 10 years.
I am looking to connect with companies who also have ITSM and HRSD (or ITSM + other functions) to understand how you have set up your ServiceNow support and governance model between the two functions.
Any information about case studies / lessons learned would be much appreciated.
