We have replaced the Upgrade an Instance option in Self-Service with a new Instance Upgrade Management Dashboard. It is the hub for managing upgrades on all production and sub-production instances owned by your company.
The dashboard includes details such as..
- All company instances
- What version the instance is currently running on
- The status of the upgrade if one is scheduled
- What upgrades are available
- The ability to schedule an upgrade, modify, and cancel an upgrade
To view the Instance Upgrade Management Dashboard:
- Navigate to HI.
- Click on Self-Service > Instance Upgrade Management.
