** Dublin becomes unsupported as of Q2 2016. Make plans to move from Dublin to a higher release family, or we may be forced to upgrade those instances in Q2.

For All Calgary Instances  

Calgary instances must be upgraded to a supported release family by March 1, 2016. As of the release of Fuji, ServiceNow no longer supports the Calgary release family. In Calgary, conditions exist that require mandatory upgrades.  

Please make plans to upgrade your Calgary instance(s) to a supported release family. If any instance(s) are still on Calgary by March 1, you will receive a 14-day notification of our intent to upgrade those instance(s) on March 1 to our Eureka Q1 patch target.

If you are already planning a version upgrade this quarter, make sure you are targeting our Q1 patching targets (listed below) or higher.
