Hi @carolineluong and/or anyone else who can help,

Can anyone confirm they have been able to register for the EA Program using the link supplied?

After getting the error message "You are either not authorized or record is not valid," I opened a case with Now Support and was told registration hasn't opened yet.

However, since we're being told the program is live, I have a feeling it might simply be that I don't have sufficient credentials to register on behalf of my partner organization.

If anyone with experience of the registration process can help, that would be much appreciated.
