My instance just got upgraded to Australia recently but some visualizations inside the dashboard keeps showing this message,
"You do not have the required permissions to view this content. Access is restricted by the report_view ACL. Please check your role or permissions settings to resolve this issue."
Still there is already a report_view ACL level on that table and there is read without roles inside that table too.
I worked with Debug Security on it, and found the required roles to satisfy this ACL. But, the required ACL roles are admin roles, so can't grant this to non-admin users or operational users, which I believe this is not an ideal solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciable!!

Hi @ArunK9241256158,
Add another ACL for 'report_view' for the identified tables, add a base role that is with those who access dashboards, can be itil, or some table specific role as well.
Please Accept this response as Solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.
Kind Regards,

WTF ServiceNow - patching causes reporting everywhere to suddenly have to add a manually created ACL to let people with the report viewer role read reports? no - I don't like that and I am not satisfied with creating my own ACL's to fix something that didn't have a problem until they "patched" it.
