Does anyone noticed an ACL issue after Xanadu version installation?

ITIL user is not able to view the sys_user table information. it's available only for Admin users.

Business users also not able to view their user profile information.

Hello @surajsukuma

You should have explicit roles plugin for that. If you have CSM or HRSD setup, you can install the plugin and get those two roles

Please refer the below thread:

I got the issue, snc_internal and snc_enternal rules are missing after Xanadu upgrade from Vancouver. How to add both Role back? does it required any additional plugin??

Thanks in advance.

I dont have any issues.

All users can see themself (Profile)
Logged in users can see sys_user

Users with roles (NOT incl snc_internal) can see all fields (table.*)

Some fields does have specific ACLs.

I would suggest that you spin up a DPI and compare the ACLs in case something have changed in the instance your looking in.
