activate plugin for domain segregation

need help to activate this

when i tried it's not working , I received emails that the activation was cancelled.

And what did those emails say? Are there dependencies that aren't installed? Are you licensed for it? Have you raised a ticket with NowSupport? What kind of instance is it?

it is Washington release. It is my personal instance not for my organization. it's not licensed. Here is the email I received:"

PDI's aren't supported for all plugins. Domain separation is one of them. You can't activate it. But I do think they should update the text of the email, telling you why.
