After cloning table list doens't show any records, but the records counter shows 473 records

After cloning the PROD/QA/DEV environment, the table list doens't show any records, but the records counter shows 473 records on DEV, but in other env the records are normal. Any suggestions as to what causes this?

@Shruti Khaire  there is no ACL or Before Business Rule doing such thing

@ThayaneLais, please let me know can you interact with the form? can you click the funnel icon to build a query? Reason I ask is that I've had a few issues where no records are displayed and it's actually the form/browser failing to render the list layout and erroring.

@Shruti Khaire  I can interact with the form, build a query and even create a new record (and the records count increases and the new record appears on the list). About the filter, no matter what query I build, the result is aways "no records to display".
