so this is OOTB feature after upgrade to Australia?
If yes then did you raise a case with ServiceNow on this, they might share some workaround?

Hi
I think you missed my same reply earlier
As this is an enhancement provided by ServiceNow, I don’t think there is significant business value in changing the button position.
I would recommend keeping the OOTB functionality as it is and avoiding a CSS override. This will help us minimize technical debt and reduce the risk of additional maintenance in future upgrades.
We can keep the current layout and communicate to users that this is the standard ServiceNow enhancement/functionality.
Put this to client:
What business value will this change provide by repositioning the button on the portal?
This change would require a customization and could introduce additional technical debt and maintenance effort. If there is a specific business or user benefit that justifies this change, please share the rationale so we can assess it accordingly.

Oh, sorry, but it is OOTB. I didn’t think it would require any cache clearing, as the functionality is still the same and it is only supporting the change. So, we should educate the users and follow the guidance provided by ServiceNow. @Rajyalakshmi

Yes ,This OOTB after upgrade.
Yes we have raised case with Servicenow.
Servicenow suggested this OOTB feature. If we want need to overide CSS in portal level.
But it is increasing developer work.
