after upgrade to Vancouver release reference variable on catalog form works on fulfille view but no

We recently upgraded our instances to the Vancouver release. We have some catalog forms where we use a reference qualifier variable (application) to retrieve data from cmdb_ci. This variable is a part of a single-row variable set. Currently, the variable displays data in the fulfiller view, but it shows 'No record match' on the portal. What could be causing this issue?

We are also facing same issue for the form. It is working fine in the Utah Version instance. But after upgradation to Vancouver the reference qualifier added to field is displaying "No Result Found". Kindly let me know the cause of the issue.
