After upgrade to Vancouver, Inside catalog item form whenever we click on AND condition of the "add filter" option, the screen shoots upwards. Expectation is that screen should remain static.
Same thing is happen when click on 'add filter'
Variable type is - List Collector

Note : I have tried to switch browsers but still same issue.
