after version upgrade from washington to yokahama Delete ui action is not visible in kb article

I am not able to see Delete ui action after version got updated. please help me with this issue I have added supporting screenshot. where 1st snapshot is version not upgraded instance and the 2nd image is upgraded version where not able to see delete ui action

I just compared and UI action condition is same in Washington DC and Yokohama.

Did you check if someone updated the UI action condition in your Yokohama instance.
