Hello, has anyone noticed any issues with the change request following the Washington upgrade, with the execution of risk conditions/calculations?

Yeah I've noticed the same thing in our instance. After the upgrade, the risk assessment no longer updates the risk field once the assessment has been completed.

For us, it is solved by adding the threshold value in change risk assessment. It works in prior version even though threshold is empty but seems not in Washington.
