It’s likely because the filter definition and widget linkage weren’t migrated correctly, so when you select a priority from the Stacked by dropdown it appears twice (indicating redundant or mis configured filters) and no change is reflected. I have seen known cases where dashboards created using the Technical Editor lose interactive filter mappings on upgrade, and recreating or converting them with the Inline Editor resolves the issue.
I suggest you open the dashboard in edit mode, check each visualization Apply dashboard filters setting to ensure it references the correct field and is enabled, validate that the duplicate Priority entries in the dropdown correspond to different filter definitions and remove the incorrect one, clear your browser cache and test again in a private window, and if it still fails review the Upgrade Center for any skipped Dashboard/Analytics components and raise a case with Support if needed.....
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’. This helps other community members find the right answer more easily and supports the community.
