Field customization is not visible in Analysis information in Problem form

Hi Team,

 

In Problem form under Analysis Information Tab Field customizations are not visible in Non-Prod Instance After upgrade.

meanwhile in Prod instance those are Visible where instance upgrade is not completed.

Please Suggest in resolving this issue in Non-Prod Instances.

those changes are not reflecting in PROD?

did you ensure the update set is migrated there?

Hi Ankur, Prod instance is not upgraded to Zurich, the version is Xanadu only. Non-Prod instance is upgraded to Zurich. After Non-Prod Upgrade to Zurich, Option to enter details in Fields under Analysis Information are not Visible.

Whether this issue is because of Upgrade or any issue in Update set Migration?

seems that field is readonly and hence no box available for input.

try debugging the client script or UI policy
