AI search is not enabled

Hello Team,

I have requested an AI search for my PDI about a week ago , but the status still shows that 'AI search is requested'. I need to know if ai search is no longer available for PDI and can only be used at customer instance?

I understand that AI Search is not available for PDI instances.

AI Search is not currently available for PDIs (Personal Developer Instances). You will have to request it in a sub-production environment.

Hello @Anup9431 ,

 

You can go to Now Learning and enroll for this training, you will get the demo instance and you can do all sorts of AI things in that instance.

 

It helped me to understand the workings of AI functionality in ServiceNow. Text to code etc.

Hi @Anup9431 

 

Its more than 3 weeks and AI search not enabled for me, the reason can be itr is not meant for PDI as of now. If you want to do hands On, Sn provide few training ,where you will get labs as well to do hands -on.
