Analytics Hub - Average resolution time of resolved incidents > Priority - Streaming error

Good afternoon,

 

I'm trying to view the average resolution time of resolved incidents, by priority, but i have the error message "streaming error".

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me in resolving this blocking constraint.

Hi,

I was told that this is related to PRB1798071. 

For me, as a work around, i changed the forecast value in my indicator to Auto.

 

This defect is fixed in the Yokohama release.

With print screens would be helpful.

In the indicator configuration, you have Forecasting tab (Source....Access Control...Frecasting).

Go it this tab, and put Auto in "Forecast method used"
