@Naga13 If the instance is on Utah then you can't upgrade plugins to Vancouver release separately. The entire instance would need to be upgraded to Vancouver, the installed plugins would automatically get upgraded here.

Hi Sandeep,
All lower instances are in Vanocur only, we are initially upgrading plugins in dev instance. My question is how to do the upgrade process in dev and later how to perform in TEST and Production. Update sets are Required or not for this process. please explain little bit more.
