I've found some bugs but when disclosed ServiceNow is deflective and apathetic.
The answer is always either "this is not a bug and is behaving as expected" or "Yes this is a bug, but we won't act on it. You could submit an idea".

I've started submitting ideas, but I can't add a comment them listing the others so I'll keep track of them here for everyone to see (and upvote).

Help fix ServiceNow by voting for these IDEAS:

• FIX: Mapping dateTime fields for calendar invitation
• FIX: Changing the title of a variable set will overwrite the internal_name
• FIX: Custom fields added to a COE table do not show in HR Agent workspace
