If a company is already using ServiceNow ITSM Standard, can they later move to ITSM Pro or Pro+ just by buying the new licenses and activating the Pro/Pro+ features/plugins?
- Will upgrading cause any problems to the current setup, workflows, integrations, or existing implementation?
- Is the upgrade easy and straightforward, or does it require a complex project with planning, testing, and changes?
- What is the best recommended approach for moving from Standard to Pro or Pro+?

Hi @naab,
Yes, you can update later on to a new SKU. This can be done either as an early renewal when you have additional demands (HAM, SPM, etc.) or after the 36-month contract term.
For 1-3, the answer is that nothing is going to happen. You will just receive the new entitlements; the instance stays as it is.
Hope this helps!
