In Zurich upgrade : For Flows and subflows there is a new button called "Edit subflow". while clicking on this button, it is displaying a pop up message with header as Unable to edit subflow and under that there is a message :
Subflow has been modified since you opened it.Please wait a moment, then close this modal to reload the subflow.
Even though I tried multiple attempts, page reloads, clearing cache from Instance /browser, logged out and logged in back to the instance. still I'm having the same message it is not allowing me to edit the subflow .
What could be the solution to this ? Please brief me with any work arounds or fix resolution steps
Thank You

Hi @sivachandup
Option1 : As per KB : KB2657286 Unable to Edit or Create Flows/Subflows in Flow Designer After Platform Upgrade , This is a known issue.
Resolution
1. Locate the sys_dictionary record for the sys_scope column on the sys_metadata table.
2. Ensure the "default value" is set to the scope of the current application. If it is empty, revert the record to the latest version.
3. After updating the default value, verify that flows and subflows can be edited and created as expected.
Option2: If still the issue persists, Repair Workflow Studio Plugin, it will update Flow Designer Plugin as well.
Option3: Try with incognito/private browser
Option 4: If nothing works - raise a case with your ServiceNow support , if it is not your PDI.
