AS mentioned in previous post :
If you are unable to navigate as a Admin in the cloned instance, raise a case to your Servicenow Vendor for support (hi-ticket) .

Hi @fengl
Which page it is? share the steps to navigate to the page.
1. Ensure post authentication, you are getting the issue.
2. Also in navigator->type cache.do
3. Navigate to System Security > Debugging > Debug Security Rules or by Access Analyzer
- Impersonate the affected user, try accessing the page, and check the security logs
And the check.
4. Check Read ACL on UI page ensure required roles like snc_internal are present.

Note: if you are unable to navigate as a Admin in the cloned instance, raise a case to support (hi-ticket) to fix it.
Cause
snc_internal role is marked as elevated.
Resolution
Do not mark the snc_internal role as elevated as the system needs to make use of this role for certain processes and marking it as elevated (which requires manual action to elevate to it) would prevent it from functionality properly.
