AS mentioned in previous post :
If you are unable to navigate as a Admin in the cloned instance, raise a case to your Servicenow Vendor for support (hi-ticket) .

I found this KBA but the issue is i cannot go to sys_user_role.list, is there anyway to go there not through the navigator as i cannot access the page now
