Hi All,
We are currently use Rome. In such version, I can find the function "Copy Project" but I can NOT find a "Copy Demand".
Am I missing something? Is this functionality available at all?

No such UI action for Copy Demand in Rome/San Diego and probably other releases too, which this would typically be (just like Copy project is).
Of course it's possible to create your own UI action on the Demand table called Copy Demand and you could use the Copy Project UI action on the Project table as a reference.

Confirmed that Quebec also doesn't have a Copy Demand functionality.

Is it recommended to create our own UI action to copy demand? Or are there risks? Why isn't this OOB functionality in demand like it is in project?
