Create now support account

Hello all,

When I try to install an app from the ServiceNow Store, it says I need an account on Now Support. However, I’m unable to create an account on Now Support. Does anyone know a solution?

You can create an account if you procured a ServiceNow Instance. You cannot create for Personal instance

Take a look at the article below for guidance on creating and managing Now Support users. Customer administrators have the ability to create new users on Now Support.

If you're working with a ServiceNow Partner, you can also onboard your account as a Partner. Once your user is generated on Now Support, the Customer Admin can then grant you the necessary roles to access the Now Support portal.

I guess you're trying to install the store application on your PDI - This is not possible.

can anyone tell me that which type of credentials are required for creating now support account. if personal mail is not eligible.
