Customer_Contact Table Application Scope Change in Zurich

Hi Experts,
I have taken a Fresh Zurich PDI and could see that customer_contact table is now completely moved to other Application Scope called "Sales and Service API" but in existing versions or our demo instances which are upgraded from old versions, we see that customer_contact table is extended from user table and it lies in Global Scope.
I'm just trying to understand what was the intension behind this as it is breaking couple of OOB API's.

I don't have a fresh Zurich PDI but I do have one of our vendor instance which was zBooted recently and upgraded to Zurich Patch 6
There the table is in Global scope only

Hi @Kailash Bhange ,
In my fresh Zurich PDI , Customer_contact was not available in global scope.
"Sales and Service API" scope was also not available in my PDI - pretty sure it has been installed by any Sales related plugin.
As per below given SN documentation , I installed "Customer Service Install Base management" plugin in my PDI.
After that customer_contact table is available in global scope.
Here is the screen shot from PDI.
