Hi Community,
We had 'Dashboards Overview' UI element in our instance till Zurich release but after upgrading to Australia release, we are unable to see the 'Dashboards Overview'. Is it possible to customize and bring it back?

Hi @SumajRajNk
You are using an old (legacy) report. I would recommend moving to the new Platform Analytics reporting experience, as it provides enhanced capabilities and is the strategic direction for reporting going forward.
****
Legacy Reporting framework and has been enhanced with the latest capabilities available in ServiceNow under Platform Analytics.
You can continue to use Legacy Reporting, but it is recommended to leverage the newer data visualization and analytics features available through Platform Analytics whenever possible, as they provide a more modern and flexible reporting experience.
For more information, please refer to the video and guidance on data visualization and analytics, which explain the available features and best practices in greater detail.

Hi @SumajRajNk
1. Migrate them using the Platform Analytics Migration Center.
2. Outdated plugins in your migrated environment often lead to infinite loading states. Ensure your Platform Analytics is installed with latest version.
3. Clear dashboard cache and instance cache
4. If still problem persists and if it is client instance raise a Hi-ticket with your servicenow vendor.

Refer this article: Important Update on Legacy Reporting and Analytics with Australia Release
Overview: There has been some confusion about the status of customer instances following the upgrade to the Australia release. Specifically, there are concerns that customers might lose access to their dashboards and reports from the legacy reporting system. This system is also known by other names such as Core UI reporting, Responsive Canvas dashboards, or simply the legacy dashboards.
Based on customer feedback requesting additional transition time, we have extended this timeline — new legacy content creation will remain available through the end of 2027, regardless of release family. While you may continue to create legacy content, it is unsupported starting with Australia.

If you are referring to being able to still see the Classic Dashboards UI, you can achieve that by setting this property value to = false.
- com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled
Additionally, if you are not quite ready to fully migrate and need ability to create reports via Classic UI, you will need to set the following property to = true.
- com.snc.par.coreui.report_create.enabled
- Allows Fulfiller users to create Core UI reports after the upgrade to Australia. Will be able to "create a report"by navigating to Reports > View / Run
We just upgraded to Australia and after performing the above actions, our users are able to see the Classic UI Dashboards overview AND create a report using Classic UI.
