Dev Instance in Upgrading state from last 5 hours and seems it got stuck.

we are unable to to do anything, can you please fix it at the earlist.

Ohhh, in that case, there may be no solution. Did you see the Refresh button on the screen? Try that; otherwise, waiting may be the only option, mate. If there’s nothing available in PDI, it’s better to release this and pick up a new one.
