Hi there,

Same answer as always... PDIs are unsupported. Only thing you can do is:

1) Wait and hope

2) Request a new PDI

Don't get me wrong, just informing you, we all simply can't help you on this at all.

@dpu Wait for few more hours, if it doesn't wake up request for a new instance. There is not support available for PDIs and releasing the current instance and requesting a fresh one is the only solution available.
