Developer Site Issue - "Upgrading Instance" message for days

My PDI has been reportedly "upgrading" for a few days now, and the developer actions (such as logging in) are blocked.
I have an User ID + Password combo and have been able to log in with a test user, I saw that the instance is live and working properly. It seems to be an issue with the synchronization between the Developer site and the upgrade status.
I know PDIs aren't supported, but I saw another community post reporting the same issue; therefore, I'm posting this to bring this matter to ServiceNow's attention, since this seems to be an issue with their site rather than an individual PDI issue.

the same thing happened to me.. maintenance for 9 days and i was worried of losing my instance so i tried to log in and it worked..
so i made backup (my sciped app exported to github and a few update sets to xml and some data as well), then i released and requested a new one where i imported all that..
No AI was used in the writing of this post. Pure #GlideFather only

Yours is probably the 3rd or 4th OST I’ve seen in the last 2–3 days where members reported that the PDI got stuck in upgrade for several days, and there was no resolution even after waiting. Since you’ve already waited good days, it would be better to release this instance and take a new one
The reason is that PDI doesn’t come with support, so no one can help here. It’s better to release this and get a new instance.

Hey,
Yesterday, I decided to wait rather than release the instance. By the end of the night, I received an email confirming that the upgrade was complete, and everything is working again.
