Hello ,

 

I have a question related to end of life software.

If I send a question to support will they also stop answering the questions ?

Tough to say what support team will do, but as per my experience it must be written in your contact, that if your instance is EOL how the support will be handled. Support team might reply with some Tn C or might not be reply. Better connect with your SN Account manager on this.

They will surely talk to you, about what needs to be done for the next step. Your organization might have got notifications for that. Please talk to them ASAP to resolve this.
