PDI is not synching with Store & unable to upgrade to Xanadu Patch 3

Hi Team,

I am facing 2 major issues with my PDI, I hope someone will guide me to resolve them. 

 

1. Sync failure with ServiceNow Store: I am unable to sync apps with ServiceNow store in plugin manager. whenever I hit sync apps , it just loads for a minute and brings me back to same page. I am losing most of the functionality as the apps are not available. (using new Plugin Manager)

2. Upgrade to patch 3 issues: PDI is on Xanadu Patch 1 hotfix 2b and I am trying to upgrade it to the Patch 3 but I am unable to select it as shown in below image.

Note: I have tried to release instance and get a new one, but still same errors are there.

Hi All,

The only solution for this problem as of now is to get the new PDI. as ServiceNow doesn't support PDI's for troubleshooting. I had to reset the PDI and get a fresh latest one to get things moving.

Have you tried clearing the Cache and trying in new browser?

Since you have released and got a new one, these are the only options I can think of.

Unfortunately, these are both expected behaviours.

 

1. Store apps are not available on PDIs.

 

2. The latest patches are not always available on PDIs.

Hey @Simon Hendery ,

Actually I don't intend to login to store and install the apps. But what I am looking for the free apps from store which will be auto synched OOB by ServiceNow plugin manager , once we hit sync button on plugin manager. 

 

So, its having few issues with sync and I have been looking for the same things for few other users as well.
