EOL ServiceNow Policy

Hi!

 

I always knew that ServiceNow supports until 2 versions before the current version. E.g.: If the current version is Yokohama, supported versions are Xanadu and Washington. But I heard that it will be change and it will only one supported version before the current version.

Does anyone know about that?

 

And do you know how much time ServiceNow gives to the customer for the upgrade? For example, the customer is running Washington, what's the real deadline to upgrade to Yokohama or Xanadu once time it's not convenient wait until the last day Washigton is supported.
