Error after upgrade to AUS, while creating the kb article in sow/knowledge center, how to clear this without effecting functionality.


error : Part of the query on sn_lf_requested_item has been ignored because of insufficient access for 'query_match' operation on sn_lf_requested_item.state.

Hi @SatishSuray 

 

  1. Create/Modify(if it is already existing) a new query_match ACL for that table/field (i.e sn_lf_requested_item.state),  so its roles and conditions can be satisfied by the affected user.
  2. Confirm the user also has the required read access on the field where applicable. Assign ACL role accordingly to the affected user
  3. Re-test as the affected user and confirm the query no longer drops the clause and the error no longer appears.
