Event Management plugin activation cancelled in dev instance

After requesting the activation of the event management plugin, I got the following email:

"The workflow processing this item was Canceled."

The "view comments" link did not seem usable, as I was unable to log in to devportalprod.service-now.com

 

Any idea what is going on here?

As a Development Instance user, how do I log a support case? The "Instance Help" link (https://community.servicenow.com/community/develop/instance-help) just links to the top of the Community area.
