Will Flow Designer works based on roles for approvals?
Scenario-There is a role called end user so if i impersonate with end user,For this end user there is a manager he need to approve but the approvals are getting skipped.if i impersonate other than end user the approval can approve.

What is your flow doing? If you are running it as end user to approve something, it makes no sense right? The manager is the one that needs to approve?

Its for password reset where end user can submit the request and his manager has to approve it

Why run the flow as end user? If the manager needs to approve, it shouldn't run as end user.
(I am not going to touch the part of a manager having to approve for a password reset, because that absolutely makes no sense).
