Hi ,
Can someone tell me that is it possible to trigger 2 or more catalog items in a single Flow by getting catalog variables for both catalog items.

Hi @sharmadhruv ,
Yes, what you are asking is possible. If you are using the "Service Catalog" trigger type for the Flow, then you can place that into as many Catalog Items as you'd like.
Within the Flow you can have more than one "Get Catalog Variables" action, and select different Catalog items for each one.
However, the Flow will only pull in one RITM at a time on trigger, so if you need variables from two different RITMs, you would need to use a "Look Up Record" action to find the other RITM.

As Prinssi mentioned, it's possible, but the flow will only be running for one RITM at a time, so it doesn't seem like it would make sense to do this. If you're using the same flow for multiple catalog items, presumably they are following the same steps and need the same input data.
What's the use case for trying to pull in variable data for a catalog item that is not being requested?

Hi @sharmadhruv ,
can you elaborate on the business case? What is it that you’re trying to achieve from business value perspective.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
