Can we get Micro Certification without getting mainline Certification?

Yes this is possible for Micro Certifications until unless there is a prerequisite required. You can find out on NowLearning if there is any prerequisite for any certification in general!

by default, it won’t allow to start a course if you don’t have all prerequisite cleared.
