Highlighted cut and paste no longer visible

The recent Chrome update has caused a problem with Edge cut and paste, you can no longer see what you have highlighted to copy, it is invisible!

This is a known issue following the latest browser update. While the selection may not be visible, the text is still copied. You can try pasting it into search bar to confirm.
