How to Explore the Now Create Portal

Greetings,

I am having a difficulty to explore the Now Create Portal. I have been told it has been moved to Best Practice Library. https://mynow.servicenow.com/now/best-practices/home However, I am lost on how to go forward from this new site to explore the Now Create Portal. Attachments is the manual from old Now Create Portal. I would like to view the manual that guides me on how to do this from the Best Practice Library. Without it, I can't process my  lab under ServiceNow Platform Implementation (SNPI-Explore Now Create) portion. 

Please advise me soonest if you will.

Best practice alone doesn’t always lead to the best results, so hands-on experience is essential. You won’t always get exact steps like those in the PDF, so be prepared to follow new paths and explore solutions as you go.
