How to raise a INCIDENT

Hi, After upgrading to a new version of serviceNow, the instance is not working properly. The fallback intent is not working.. Can someone please guide me how to raise a ServiceNow ticket...

Hi @AnshitaB 

 

Verify the configuration settings for both the fallback topic and AI Search, as these settings may have been affected by the upgrade . refer : Search fallback is not working 

 

If Everything is fine, try with incognito browser /private browser once, if it is related to cache issue

 

If still the issue persists -> Go for plugin repair.
